Campanula is a safe to feed plant.
It is fairly low growing and a trailing plant which tortoises love, so often best popping a wire basket around the plant so the tortoise doesn't demolish the whole plant in one sitting!
Keep the soil moderately moist during growth, allowing it to dry slightly between each watering period
